About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Architect to join our Manchester office. This role provides the opportunity to lead and deliver projects across both refurbishment and new-build healthcare settings, with responsibilities that range from client relationship management to hands-on site delivery. Our Manchester office is particularly active in healthcare, with projects spanning complex refurbishments, high-spec new builds, and work that addresses the unique needs of healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver healthcare projects from inception to completion, with a focus on both refurbishment and new-build work.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering ongoing and future project opportunities.
  • Oversee small teams and manage project workflows to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage in site delivery, ensuring adherence to project plans, client specifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams and other consultants to develop innovative, sustainable solutions for healthcare environments.

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare project delivery, including both refurbishment and new-build settings.
  • Proven experience as a job runner with the capability to take on site delivery responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to interpret and apply healthcare regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong design and detail-oriented mindset with effective time management skills.

Software Requirements

  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with additional software such as SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous.
