We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Architect to join our Manchester office. This role provides the opportunity to lead and deliver projects across both refurbishment and new-build healthcare settings, with responsibilities that range from client relationship management to hands-on site delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver healthcare projects from inception to completion, with a focus on both refurbishment and new-build work.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering ongoing and future project opportunities.

• Oversee small teams and manage project workflows to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

• Engage in site delivery, ensuring adherence to project plans, client specifications, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate closely with design teams and other consultants to develop innovative, sustainable solutions for healthcare environments.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare project delivery, including both refurbishment and new-build settings.

• Proven experience as a job runner with the capability to take on site delivery responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Ability to interpret and apply healthcare regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Strong design and detail-oriented mindset with effective time management skills.

Software Requirements

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Experience with additional software such as SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous.
