We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technologist to join our dynamic team in the Manchester office. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical delivery for both refurbishment and new-build healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage projects from an individual perspective, as well as oversee small teams to drive project success.
  • Engage in site delivery, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with design teams and other stakeholders to develop innovative and practical solutions for healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in technical documentation and project coordination.

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical delivery for healthcare projects, including refurbishment and new builds.
  • Proven job runner with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and technical requirements.

Software Requirements

  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with additional software such as SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
