Planning approval has been granted to the Albion Square development in the heart of Hull city centre. The mixed-use scheme is set to further regenerate the area following the success of the city’s recently opened Bonus Arena.
The designs transform a key strategic site into a high-quality, mixed-use residential, retail and leisure development. Also incorporating a new Ice Arena and generous public realm, the design represents a major strategic project in line with the City’s Local Plan.

Our team has worked tirelessly to create a solution that retains the Three Ships Mural, involving a collaborative effort from all involved, including the local community.
