The development is currently under construction. When complete, it will be one of the world’s top training facilities, able to meet the needs of 18 teams with a total of 600 coaches and athletes.

The masterplan combines 23 training pitches with a 5,000-seat competition stand and separate community facilities.

The training complex buildings are world-class, with two full-size indoor pitches, teaching, rehabilitation, conference and other supporting facilities for the first team, reserves, and academy teams. In addition to meeting the needs of professional football clubs, it will also serve as a training and competition venue for primary and middle school students.

"Dalian is a renowned footballing town in China, so designing the winning concept for this major development is a significant achievement for the team. We are proud to be have been given this opportunity to envision new training grounds for both international and home-grown talent."
